    I've been to all of the Chicago locations, and it's usually a great experience. I didn't think that it could get better, but then I was lucky enough to have Jeri as my stylist. Jeri was professional, kind and creative. She really understood the look that I was trying to achieve, and somehow did a better job than I ever envisioned. I am extremely grateful to have met her, and i'll definitely be returning!

    Full disclosure- I received a free blowout (minus tip) as a Yelp elite but I had a great experience here! I requested the Mai Tai and my stylist executed perfectly. She used the appropriate product and my hair felt super soft. I also liked that she asked if I wanted hairspray. My hair holds a curl naturally and I hate hairspray so that was a plus! I would def come back to this location again. Only note is parking is tough - not Drybar's fault but the surrounding lots are designated for other stores so it was difficult to find where I could park. They advised there is a side street but I only saw permit parking.

    The salon and very clean and the staff are friendly. I am pleased with my blowout and the hydrating treatment made my hair so soft. I would recommend this place for blowouts, and I'm hoping this style lasts through most of my night. Not sure if all locations do it or not, but I was not offered a beverage during my service.
